If you’re unfamiliar with ordering flowers or have never made a purchase with us before, here are some helpful tips.
1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Please keep in mind that there are shipping restrictions for delivering flowers to the mainland. We Ship Monday through Thursday. Fedex is closed on Sunday and since we don't ship over the weekend, Sunday and Monday deliveries are not available. Deliveries on a Tuesday is possible to certain areas on the West Coast. Our calendar during check-out does not let you select Tuesday deliveries, but if this is your preferred date please let us know in the special instructions and if the date is available we will deliver accordingly.
We always try our very best to deliver on the day you requested, but it is highly recommended to select your delivery date 1-2 days prior the event in case of a delay. Delays are rare but they can happen due to weather, human error or other travel interruptions. Please keep this in mind when selecting your delivery date.
2. SHIPPING METHOD
We always use the fastest shipping method available which is FedEx Priority overnight. Due to the distance from Hawaii, all orders East of the Rockies take an additional day to deliver, but with this shipping method used we ensure for deliveries to arrive by 10:30 am in most cases.

3. ADDRESS CHANGE/INCORRECT ADDRESS
3. Please make sure that the address you provided is correct. Changing the address after the order has shipped will always cause a delay in delivery. In addition, FedEx charges $18.00 for changing an address which we will have to bill to you.
4. ORDER CONFIRMATION
4. Once you place an order, you will get an email confirmation. If you do not get an email, please check your Spam/Junk mail folder. If you still don't see it, you may have accidentally entered the wrong email address or not completed the order online. Please contact us if you don't get a confirmation.
Once we ship the order, we will send you tracking information. If you do not get a tracking number by email by 1pm HST on the day your order ships, please contact us immediately.
5. HOW ARE YOUR FLOWERS SHIPPED?
Your flowers will arrive in a gift box and not pre-arranged. We take the utmost care in packaging the flowers so they arrive fresh and in good condition! Please note that if you order more than one assortment in the same order, the flowers will be combined in the same box.
