Ordering Guide

If you’re unfamiliar with ordering flowers or have never made a purchase with us before, here are some helpful tips.

1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Please keep in mind that there are shipping restrictions for delivering flowers to the mainland. We Ship Monday through Thursday. Fedex is closed on Sunday and since we don't ship over the weekend, Sunday and Monday deliveries are not available. Deliveries on a Tuesday is possible to certain areas on the West Coast. Our calendar during check-out does not let you select Tuesday deliveries, but if this is your preferred date please let us know in the special instructions and if the date is available we will deliver accordingly.

We always try our very best to deliver on the day you requested, but it is highly recommended to select your delivery date 1-2 days prior the event in case of a delay. Delays are rare but they can happen due to weather, human error or other travel interruptions. Please keep this in mind when selecting your delivery date.

2. SHIPPING METHOD

We always use the fastest shipping method available which is FedEx Priority overnight. Due to the distance from Hawaii, all orders East of the Rockies take an additional day to deliver, but with this shipping method used we ensure for deliveries to arrive by 10:30 am in most cases.

3. ADDRESS CHANGE/INCORRECT ADDRESS

3. Please make sure that the address you provided is correct. Changing the address after the order has shipped will always cause a delay in delivery. In addition, FedEx charges $18.00 for changing an address which we will have to bill to you.

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION

4. Once you place an order, you will get an email confirmation. If you do not get an email, please check your Spam/Junk mail folder. If you still don't see it, you may have accidentally entered the wrong email address or not completed the order online. Please contact us if you don't get a confirmation.

Once we ship the order, we will send you tracking information. If you do not get a tracking number by email by 1pm HST on the day your order ships, please contact us immediately.

5. HOW ARE YOUR FLOWERS SHIPPED?

Your flowers will arrive in a gift box and not pre-arranged. We take the utmost care in packaging the flowers so they arrive fresh and in good condition! Please note that if you order more than one assortment in the same order, the flowers will be combined in the same box. The bird of paradise was received in outstanding order. Looked fresh and colorful.

Black Vase

The 12 stem order that we got did not all fit in the black vase. Had to put some in another vase. This vase itself was nice.

A little of Hawaii arrived today

After a stay in Maui, we decided to have a little Aloha spirit delivered to our cold Midwest home. It arrived on time, wonderfully packed, and in terrific shape. We look forward to seeing the beautiful blooms for the upcoming days, and remembering our vacation time!

Why not “Hawaii Dreaming” for a title?

Lovely, tropical flowers

I was recently vacationing on the big island and decided to send a bouquet of tropical flowers from Hawaii to a friend who had been very helpful to me before I left. She left a very complementary thank you note to me and said the flowers were stunning.

All I have to say is that when the recipient of these flowers, who is from Hawaii, opened the box she said “We were stunned!’.

Flowers were very beautiful. One set of them fell off the stem because the shipping company was late. I think some of them froze. The rest were very healthy.

Top shelf quality flowers

I have bought flowers from Blooms of Hawaii for three separate occasions. Each time the flowers arrive (5 time zones away) in spectacular condition. The one time that I did have an issue with an on time delivery, Jennefer dealt with it personally, promptly and very professionally. I highly recommend this business!

Beautiful flowers, and top notch customer service!

I have ordered bouquets and leis from this company a few times before and always had lovely flowers and quick delivery. This time however, instead of sending to a loved ones residence, I wanted to send a bouquet to a family member in the hospital. I was worried she might be moved from her room before the arrival of the flowers, which did happen. We tried to track down the flowers through fedex to have delivery rerouted and had repeated issues until the fedex office manager finally checked the truck personally and located our flower delivery. Due to the mishandling of fedex, the flowers unfortunately died. However, this company was incredibly empathetic and offered to resend the flowers. The flowers arrived in perfect condition, were absolutely lovely, and arrived quickly. I cannot recommend Blooms of Hawaii enough and after their compassionate customer service I can say with certainty they will be the only company I’ll be sending flowered through in the future. Mahalo so much for helping to give someone a daily reminder they are thought of and loved while on the road to recovery!
