PLEATE NOTE: During winter months we offer winter insulation for an additional cost. This helps protect the flowers as they can be damaged if exposed to freezing temperatures. If you are shipping to a destination with low temperatures we highly recommend protecting your shipment with the insulation.  NO REFUNDS are given due to cold damage if declined.
