Helpful information about shipping & delivery

We understand that it can get confusing when it comes to selecting a delivery date for your flowers due to some restrictions, so we created this page to hopefully help you select the correct date and shipping method. Generally we always recommend selecting a delivery date 1-2 days before the event in case of a delay. Delays are very rare but they can happen. We can not be held responsible when the delay is caused by Fedex so please plan in an extra day at least, to be safe!

How to use our Calendar to choose a Delivery Date
We try our best to deliver your order on the day you request through our Calendar. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THE CALENDAR DOES NOT RECOGNIZE IF A DATE IS AVAILABLE AND NEEDS TO BE VERIFIED BY US FIRST. Therefore it is very important that you check your delivery options below. If your date is not available we will ship your order with the next available ship out date.

Address change/ Incorrect address:

FEDEX CHARGES $16.00 FOR A CHANGE OF ADDRESS WHICH WILL BE BILLED TO YOU. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE ADDRESS IS CORRECT TO AVOID ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND DELAYS.

All Flowers are shipped from the Big Island via Fedex. We ship all our Flowers and Leis with Next Day delivery to ensure freshness and to get the flowers to their destination the fastest possible way. Please note that it will still take 2 days to the East Coast, however, with our expedited shipping all orders will get there in the morning on the 2nd day. Orders to the West Coast States ( CA, NV, AK, OR, AZ, and UT as well as Hawaii) will be delivered the next day by noon. The cut off time for same day shipping is 9:30am HST.

We are open Monday - Friday from 07:30am - 1:30pm Orders received on the weekend will be processed on Monday.
An email with tracking information will be sent the day of your shipment.
Please carefully read the information below before you select a delivery date:

MONDAY DELIVERY: Not available. We do NOT ship over the weekend.
TUESDAY DELIVERY: Is available for the West Coast States mentioned above including Hawaii. Some Cities in AZ and WA do not offer next day air. Please call if you want to be sure.
WED/THU/FRI DELIVERY: Available for all destinations.
SATURDAY DELIVERY: Available to most US Cities with some exceptions. Most rural areas do not offer Saturday delivery.
SUNDAY DELIVERY: Not available.

I ordered Hawaiian flowers for my wife for Valentine’s Day. They arrived on time, in a well-insulated box (key in Minnesota winters), and look beautiful. I will order again.

Frozen flowers

We just came back from Hawaii, where these flowers cost $20 at the farmers market, but I paid over $200 to have them shipped. I even selected the winter packaging option, expecting them to arrive in good condition, but they still arrived frozen and damaged. The extra packaging clearly wasn’t enough to protect them. Very disappointing, especially for the price. I wouldn’t recommend ordering in winter unless they improve their packaging.

Customer left the flowers out in the snow, even though each customer gets a notification when the flowers are delivered. Even with winter packaging there is a limit on how long flowers can survive! Our flowers are fair priced, there is no place here where you can buy 24 stems plus 10 foliages for $20.00
Also, we accidentally shipped them another order the following day so they received an order for free, and no mention of that? Between those 2 orders it is hard to believe that they didn't get what they paid for or more but unfortunately they never reached out to us before to address this issue.
