HELPFUL INFORMATION

Dear customer,

A lot of customers contact us with these questions so we have created this Page to help you with the Check-Out process and wanted to make sure you read this before proceeding.

- There is a designated Text Field where you can enter your Delivery Date and Gift Message as soon as you enter the "Cart" area.

- Leis and Tropical Bouquets cannot be purchased together as they are shipped from separate locations. Please check out separately. We apologize for the inconvenience!

- For Lei orders we require a minimum of 3 business days advance notice for processing. For example, if your Ship-Out date is a Wednesday your order must be received by the previous Friday.

- You may order as early as you like we do not ship the order until the Date specified.

- We ship Flowers and Leis Monday through Thursday. NO Sunday or Monday deliveries. Please visit our Shipping Page for detailed information regarding shipping, delivery and prices.

- Hawaii is 3 Hours behind West Coast and 6 Hours behind East Coast.

They were received on a box but my friend who I sent them to had no instructions on the arrangement I purchased so she put them in a vase. I bought the arragement and didn't get it. The flowers were beautiful but didn't get exactly what I purchased and spent a fair amount of money.

Beautiful stems

The flowers and greenery arrived on the day requested. Very fresh and packed well. I shared 3 anthuriums with my Thanksgiving hostess and have enjoyed the rest for 2 weeks. Still beautiful. I wish FedEx wasn't so expensive so I could order more often:(
