Dear customer,

A lot of customers contact us with these questions so we have created this Page to help you with the Check-Out process and wanted to make sure you read this before proceeding.

- There is a designated Text Field where you can enter your Delivery Date and Gift Message as soon as you enter the "Cart" area.

- Leis and Tropical Bouquets cannot be purchased together as they are shipped from separate locations. Please check out separately. We apologize for the inconvenience!

- For Lei orders we require a minimum of 3 business days advance notice for processing. For example, if your Ship-Out date is a Wednesday your order must be received by the previous Friday.

- You may order as early as you like we do not ship the order until the Date specified.

- We ship Flowers and Leis Monday through Thursday. NO Sunday or Monday deliveries. Please visit our Shipping Page for detailed information regarding shipping, delivery and prices.

- Hawaii is 3 Hours behind West Coast and 6 Hours behind East Coast.

Beautiful Valentine’s Flowers

I ordered Hawaiian flowers for my wife for Valentine’s Day. They arrived on time, in a well-insulated box (key in Minnesota winters), and look beautiful. I will order again.

Frozen flowers

We just came back from Hawaii, where these flowers cost $20 at the farmers market, but I paid over $200 to have them shipped. I even selected the winter packaging option, expecting them to arrive in good condition, but they still arrived frozen and damaged. The extra packaging clearly wasn’t enough to protect them. Very disappointing, especially for the price. I wouldn’t recommend ordering in winter unless they improve their packaging.

Customer left the flowers out in the snow, even though each customer gets a notification when the flowers are delivered. Even with winter packaging there is a limit on how long flowers can survive! Our flowers are fair priced, there is no place here where you can buy 24 stems plus 10 foliages for $20.00
Also, we accidentally shipped them another order the following day so they received an order for free, and no mention of that? Between those 2 orders it is hard to believe that they didn't get what they paid for or more but unfortunately they never reached out to us before to address this issue.

Fantastic Dendrobiums!

The 20 Dendrobiums I ordered arrived exactly when I requested and were incredibly fresh and are lasting a very long time! I used to purchase Dendrobiums locally for Valentine's every year but will order from Blooms of Hawaii from now on! Thanks for growing such beautiful flowers!
